The Acorn Bank 10k is run on an accurately measured course, all on tarmac.
The start / finish area, race HQ and parking / refreshment & toilet facilities are fully within the grounds of Acorn Bank, a National Trust property at Temple Sowerby, nr Penrith, Cumbria CA10 1SP.
The race route is undulating in parts, on quiet country lanes (no road closures in place) - fully marshalled and with a water station at the halfway point. Water and refreshments for all participants at the finish.
